Mouse Genetics

Overview of Services

The Mouse Genetics and Gene Targeting CoRE has been established to provide the research community with access to state-of-the-art facilities for the production of transgenic and gene-targeted mice (through the production of mice using ES cells with specific targeted alleles or gene editing with CRISPR in mouse embryos). The facility also provides rederivation services to assist investigators with importation of novel lines from collaborators, and with the cryopreservation of gametes from mouse lines. These procedures are available on a fee-for service basis.
